After finishing a book all about Canadian Confederation, I knew that I needed to read up on the flip side of the coin. The one question that remained is how to amend the BNA Act, 1867 (as well as some of the cleavages that arose over the 115 years since Confederation). Ron Graham tackles these struggles and the pitfalls that arose with strong provincial representatives who expected much in 1981. Brilliant so far!!
