This book could stand to do with better definition of terminology. Much of what the author is calling polyamory, really seems more open than true poly
The Q & A format is handy for skipping questions that don't apply and finding the ones that fit. But there aren't a lot that apply to me.

When using religious folklore to make your point, it's good to have the correct Greek goddesses in mind. Artemis was NOT one of the "sexually adventurous deities."
This continues to have claims that aren't backed up by research or evidence (being poly won't fix your self esteem). I'm not sure this is a vory good guide for understanding ethical non-monogamy, and sounds a lot more like no-holds barred free love.

Includes homosexuality as an afterthought and doesn't seem to include bisexuality at all. At this point it feels more focused on the philosophy behind polyamory and the benefits (some of which seem a bit spurious, as they lack any supporting evidence). That said, there are some excellent points regarding the American culture's highly misogynistic treatment of sexual relationships and marriage.
