Lots of my peers in higher education read this when it was released 15 years ago, so here I am, finally reading it. I heard a LOT of mixed reviews. But...I kinda love it? A lot? It's both ridiculous and pretty sharp. It helps that I'm listening to the audiobook version, in which Dylan Baker is knocking it out of the park. I 100% don't buy that this is Wolfe's "I hate youngins!" screed. (He doesn't get music, though.)
