A beach read at best. The plot is repetitive and predictable, albeit entertaining. Characters are very shallow and simple, with basically no nuance; you get a very clear idea from pretty much the beginning who the "good guys" are and who the "bad guys" are. I'm not a fan of action fighting in books but the speed at which very important duels took place would sometimes become confusing.
