There are some concepts that I’m not exactly agreeing with and a lot of statements I don’t agree with so far.
This is also a very basic gender theory book, introducing concepts like gender is a social construct as if for the first time to the reader. Fine for a beginner, but that doesn’t describe my understanding of gender.
Then again, because it’s a bit dated I still wouldn’t suggest this to a complete beginner.
