Hmm. I am not digging this writing style at all, nor am I particularly into the very loose "story". If it wasn't such a fast read I'd have abandoned this already, but here I am, soldiering on.

I remember now why I was having a hard time with this book. The writing style is just not to my taste. Meandering, circular, both more and less than stream of consciousness.
