Small parts of this made good sense, most of it made me cringe. It read not as evidence-based, but just a theory he came up with and explained in the most simplified way possible. His descriptions of these kids don’t match what I see in my classroom daily, and he completely lost me with his behaviour modification approach of, “You stimulate with fear.”
