Good first chapter. Disappointing illustration on the front cover. Awful drawing of a clarinet, too wide, absence of keys, hands wrong way round and held in a way that would be bad for the keys if there were some, and a mouthpiece that looks like a cake icing nozzle, amongst other mistakes. Why don't illustrators look at a picture of an instrument they are illustrating?

Oh dear, it seems that the person who wrote this book which has a big musical element to the content isn't familiar with music or the instruments they are talking about. Such a pity, it's making us doubt the rest of the book.
