Chapter 4 - The Knowledge Dimension - Factual and Conceptual Knowledge are mainly about the 'what' (just knowing some concrete fact) and Procedural Knowledge is about the 'how' to do something. Metacognitive Knowledge is aimed at knowing how to think about something, and about how you specifically think about learning strategies.
