So far I’m not sure I’m liking the narrator, his way of seeing things is a little bothering. He’s a little too ambitious and some time too disinterested. Some how I can’t seem to figure him out. Now there’s this girl Ellie who is basically a Disney princess archetype.. too trapped in her rich girl life, she just wants freedom and adventure.. Aladdin much?

It bothers me so much this guy’s reaction to his mother, what has he to hide? Why not tell her he is married and let her meet his wife? Also I hate all this talk about class, if it bothered you so much and you are that ashamed of your low income and were you come from then why marry a rich girl?
