Pretty good book. The characters are well-written and the antagonists while what some would consider ‘typical evil bad guys’ have some depth as well. Even evil cunt Euryale is doing most of this to get her sister back, as well as some more power but I digress. I’m looking forward to the next ones.

Havent had much time to read today but it’s growing more interesting as our Ten Tears start to plan an escape. Euryales evil cuntiness is amusing but I grow weary of her true plans, for I know she has no plans to allow the gods to return. She’ll take the horn for herself.

Pretty good so far. Magic system is interesting as to be expected from Longward and the characters are interesting as well. The blend of mythology is done well too, mixing some of them together with Norse myths primarily at the forefront minus the Gorgons lol. My only gripe is the first hundred pages in 1815, where modern lingo was used. Would’ve worked fine setting it in present day.
