So the book started out pretty good. I like Findley and the beginning storyline. I also like that Maggy is a fierce lioness about her boys. I’m about halfway through & am struggling because I just can’t stand Maggy- seems unable to understand anyone’s views but her own even though Findley & his men have been nothing but honorable. I understand her life experience sucks but not everyone is the same.
