Although I’ve had difficulty finding time to finish it, I can say that it’s an interesting book thus far. Since I’ve been watching so many Russian historical dramas over the last few years, I find many instances described in this book, that I had previously seen depicted in one of those docudramas. I’ll exclaim out loud, “Oh, yeah... I saw that in one of those shows!”. Very accurate portrayals, evidently.
