could you (later if you don't have time or don't know) explain how augustine's epistemology and ontology is consistant or not with thomism?

If I have time, I may. So far, in reading this book at least, I have found many similarities between Augustine's and Aquinas's epistemology (sometimes only in terminology, but sometimes in meaning as well).
