The first 20 pages highlighting the changes in China over the last20 years are sobering. The ability to build buildings in days or weeks vs. months or years here, the ability to build useful high speed rail, the ascension of higher ed to rival the US all show how far China has come. Unless we get our act together here, China will leave the US in the dust economically .
