I have found myself becoming attached to the characters, feeling the sadness they feel when they have list a friend or compatriot. The characters are very likable and the story keeps you wondering what will happen next and praying that they all survive until the Glorious Appearing. I can't wait to finish this book in the series and stay the next installment.
