I'm struggling, not feeling the danger or connecting with the characters. The premise is interesting, but it's moving a bit slow. And ... *sigh* maybe my expectations were too high.

Peter sure does talk to himself a lot. There's more dialog with himself—aloud—than with others, and I'm ready for him to stop repeating details about his parents' deaths. Definitely intrigued with the mark he received, though.
