The Flash (1959) issues #289-290 backup stories:
Besides the first few pages, this story was a recap of the first issue of the 1978 Firestorm series (with only a few changes).
This concludes the retelling of Firestorm’s origin. And finally Stein knows that he is Firestorm and not just when he and Ronnie are joined (which I felt was really silly that wasn't as such right from the beginning!)
