Oh. My. God. At first, I thought this boom would be a cliche Canadian TV special written on pages, but this book really captured not only a realist young girl’s struggle, but a tale of bringing light to the tragic Armenian genocide. I was a bit coursed when the story character shift (not giving spoilers!) happened, but as soon as I caught on, I feel deeper in love with this story.
