Stubby is a dog that was found by a soldier. The soldiers took stubby to war as a mascot. Stubby was more than a mascot he helped in the war too. He could smell poisonous gases and bombs and could sniff out the enemy and attack them. He became very popular and people loved him. He got so much attention that when the war was over some of the soldiers were jealous. Sadly he died of old age.
