Never heard of it. Is it any good?

Ha!

First read it when I was thirteen. I believe I’m approaching ten readings, and this time around it’s part of my Salinger deep-dive. Catcher and F&Z are completed, and I’m about halfway through Raise High the Roof Beam, Carpenters & Seymour—An Introduction. I’ll complete a second reading of Nine Stories this weekend and then I’ll be ready for his new material, which should start coming out in three to five years.

I won’t beat you over the head with my adamancy, but I am steadfast in my conviction that Catcher is one of the most commonly misread books in the canon.
