So far the book has been excellent. It makes you wonder how she is connected to the thickety. She is able to command the beasts of the thickety, which will probably come back in later. The book has put Kara and Taff in a place where they are uncertain of what's going to happen. The book just gets more interesting the deeper we dive. I can't wait to continue reading.
