16 pages of guff before the book starts and it doesn’t start on a new page! The prologue just runs on from the dedication! Sloppy and irritating.

Formatting is poor. Maybe I’m too fussy, but I like the conventions of chapters starting on a new page and correct verb tenses. Dnf
