Is anyone else having trouble with liking an update or their newsfeed updating??? Two days now, I can only like one update then it stops working as well as my newsfeed. Grrrr.....

YES! Sometimes you have to go to that person's actual profile page to be able to "like" their updates or reviews.
And the new "help" is no help lol. I couldn't find anything anywhere if I was even in the right place.

Well, let's just say we liked everyone's update and leave it at that lol.
Yes. There is a workaround. Right-click on the link with time of the update (on the right), select Open in A new Tab from the popup menu. In the new tab the Like button is clickable.
Works for me.
P.S. I am sorry to say but GR quality test is non-existent. Boo!!!!

Yeah, it sucks. I always check updates and I can't like after a few likes.
Yes, it's been going on on and off for days now. I had to open this update in another page just to like it.
Well, hopefully they'll get their shit together soon!
My laptop's been much less glitchy than my tablet. And sometimes with my tablet if I just close the window down, wait a few and open GR fresh it resolves itself. Sometimes :)
This was happening to me too. Glad it's a goodreads thing and not just my computer or something.
I think it might be fixed now. Who knows 🤷♀️
Not only that but the comment button disappear the minute I start typing this block.
It seems like at times it barely updates!
