I tried this one twice. I just couldn't get into it. I know it is legendary, so I wish I had found it interesting enough to finish! I hope you enjoy it!

I had seen the 1986 Sean Connery movie, so I have an idea of what to expect in the book. I think that helps, in this case, because I know it is a murder mystery already and I can enjoy the slow pace and theological debates.

I saw the movie too, but that didn't seem to help me much. In fact, it was because of the movie that I wanted to read the book.

It's both slow and totally inappropriate for young adults. I'll probably finish it, but it won't be going on my blog.
