Me too and this one is heading for a 2-3 star. It's all over the place and too much going on. I have had to keep flipping back
YES. Way too much going on...a perfect description. I had the same issue with Merlins Keep. :/

I had to add the too-much-going-on thought to my review. So thx. :DAs for the author...maybe? I've read some good rippers by males, but they're usually heavy on the WTFLOLz factor. Maybe the gothics & rom suspense need too much simmering romance for men to deal with?
