And who speaks like this? “It affects the document you want me to produce so I’m guessing you would want me to bring any queries to you as a matter of urgency.” Seriously??

Finally, something useful! Applying relaxation. This I will use.

Whoa whoa whoa!!! She is putting thoughts into the characters minds that weren’t obvious by their dialogue. “The manger then went on to set him up to fail by isolating him to do the task without any assistance in order to prove John’s incompetence.” Where the heck did THAT come from?!? Projecting much?!?

I completely disagree. The man was doing his job. He probably just repeated himself because she and her family weren’t getting that they aren’t special snowflakes and that the rules apply to everyone, including them. He probably also had to say the same dam thing to dozens of people, so stuck to his script. I’m betting he was annoyed, not unaware. She sounds unaware here.

“...it means that money is based on a belief system that only works because everyone joins in (believing)...” I’ve been saying that for years, but what is the alternative, bartering?

Man, this is a good book, but I don’t think it’s the right fit for me. When my employees ask me what I would do if I won the lottery, or what would be the amount I would need to win to walk away, my answer is I wouldn’t! I truly love what I do, it’s just the stress I don’t like. I need a general mindfulness book, not one focused on work.
