'The idea that I might not marry filled me with ice-water worry. Not that I minded so very much not marrying. It was the world knowing that no one thought me fit to marry. A matter of pride more than one of need.' ....Amen, sister. :P

Also, this book is SOOOO SLOOOOW. It has some lovely bits of writing, but I feel like I've been reading forever & not making page progress. Not sure how much more I can take -- I'm not even halfway after a week. >:(

I don't want to deal with anyone's bullshit except my own. God, I can't imagine trying to co-exist with someone on that intimate a level.
*Spends time deep into hobbies/games/reads/projects to avoid all domestications* What?Lol, if things don't work out--I'm marrying one of you girls, 'cause I think it would be less demanding. :D LMAO
Totally. Separate lives would be mandatory. :P
