There is just ONE THING that’s been bothering me through out this book. The way many of the characters speak, think and narrate is very British, to the point that I thought maybe the author might be. But no. She’s American. But the word “loo” was used for bathroom/restroom/toilet and I am preeetty sure no one uses that term here. Other instances include using the term “flat” instead of “apartment”.

Are you F&@$ING kidding me??! Omfg.
