I don't know if I'm going to finish this. The MCs are in their early 40s (I think) but they still sound and act like they are 16. Plus, so far they have both cried to the point that their shoulders were "heaving". I've watched a lot of people cry hard in my life, very, very few had "heaving shoulders". I think it's a mix mostly of weak writing and it not being to my taste.
