I got this because so many people waste things in the food industry today, we are always talking about the butter mountain or global warming but what about the meat we never eat, from Bible tripe, pigs ears, brains, hearts, heads & tongue. I love kidneys, or liver but when you suggest to 'modern people' how about liver n onions its ughh.
