I thought it would have more factual evidence to back up the literature, but it reads more like a blog as if it’s based off of Underhill’s opinion and own personal observations. I’m sure his claims are valid, but I wanted to see data in the book to support the readings. He also takes a chapter to make a point that could have been made in one page.
