Ruth How is this?

Kaley Rhea I'm really liking it. I hate conflict so much. SO much. Like I can feel conflict where conflict isn't. So I wanted something to kind of take me out of my head a little bit and give me some workarounds to my siren-blaring RUN AWAY brain when approaching the important but potentially uncomfortable convos.
Lori uses a lot of personal anecdotes and a LOT of Scripture. And she includes helpful prompts and exercises. It's set up like a workbook. Not everything in here will work for me, but I'm confident those bits will work for someone, and she asks great questions. It's already come in handy for me in real life, which, for me is worth 5 stars right there.
