So, Missy would do anything for her son with a rare blood type to get a transplant, EXCEPT tell the father of said said that said son exists? When the possiblity is strong that the father could be a match??? And the father was her best friend who never did anything to hurt her and loved her since middle school?!?!?!
None of this is adding up.
