I'm struggling to understand this book. A quote from the 3rd chapter says "I had a fluffy, country-mouse idea that we could create a space on the internet that lifts up women from every walk of life, that makes them feel encouraged..." Yet, if you go back a chapter, the author jabs poor Pam about not sticking to Whole30 for the entire 30 days, saying "Why would you respect her?" That doesn't sound very uplifting.
