Two tropes that I like least in romance is matchmaking when one person very firmly doesn’t want anything to do with the other one and a misunderstanding that is drawn out when it could have easily been discussed and worked out. Both are in this story. I did think the ghost element was interesting and I was happy for Richard and Antonia in the end I just didn’t like how it got there.
