The second short story was also really good. I like when the short stories link together like these did. It was nice catching glimpses of the characters from the previous story and getting to know background characters from the first better in the second. I really enjoyed how well Christmas in Arizona was portrayed.

I wasn’t as fond of the third story. I’m not a fan of storylines with women who need to prove themselves so much. The rookie officer in the first story had more self confidence than the FBI agent in this story. But the dog was wonderful and the mystery was good and satisfying.

I loved the first short story! The Arizona location is described wonderfully. The service dog, Angel was amazing. I love that she needed a little work. It made for a wonderful story. I am a little annoyed that they recapped the whole mystery of the main series since I planned to read it next year.
