Why is it that when many men write tales of fantasy, the women in their books contend with devolved rights and simplistic purposes? Is that what they enjoy reading about? Oh how grand and entertaining it is that the intelligence, status, and purpose of women mirror something out of the dark ages, right? I don't agree. Because, as a woman, it would be truly grand to hear of a world where we were truly equal.
