Mmmmm dumbbell charts.

Really good so far. I'm skimming over some of the step by step, but she's got great explanations, and as everything is in Excel, the steps really quickly tell me how she made the visuals. But anyone new to Excel could also follow along. And I really appreciate that she had footnotes.
