Seriously, this is a really good book. I read a lot of historical non-fiction related to the Great Work, and it's rare that a work can provide both a new view on a familiar history, as well as some powerful contributions to operative magick. This is also the only work I've encountered so far that gives a good introduction and analysis of the works of Kunrath, so . . . highly recommended so far!
