What do you think of this book so far?

So far I’m enjoying it. Its been a lot of “educated people making mistakes on knowing others’ intentions”, which helps reflect that humans are horrible at reading people. Still not yet at the point of how to recognize you have the poor insight, or how to fix the problem.

I’m listening to the audio book, in which Gladwell pulls the direct audio from incidents he references so you can hear the emotion and how they say things. It’s a very well put together piece
