Can I just say: Sheryl, you are amazing. The book so far is a breeze to read but a doozy to take in, simply because even for someone like me, working in a male-dominated field for years and thinking that I know all there is to know about this area, some of the collected research along with personal anecdotes is simply shocking -- shocking how true it is, shocking how much it resonates, and shocking how just so hard--
