I'm curious to hear what you think of this book. How do you like it so far?

I liked this book a lot more in the beginning than I did after the (view spoiler). I really feel this was a turning point in the book where I became less engaged with the main character's present-day story (I was always interested in her childhood foster-home story - that never wained). I am interested in the whole foster-child experience more than anything else, and I also felt that this was the strongest part of the book. I found the "language" interesting, especially since I am getting married soon and now I am thinking all about the meanings of flowers!
The ending was very neat-n-tidy - not my favorite. I wanted more, I think, from this book. And a (view spoiler) wasn't it.
I thought this book was okay. Do you know it sold for a million dollars? I just don't see it. She was a difficult character to like, and I just never totally engaged with her. The "language" stuff was interesting, though. Congratulations on your wedding! May you have lots of flowers!
