Peter Straub is my man but this is his weakest book in like, ever.
I'm starting to get that. There was a "big up" from Stephen King on the front of this book which was what hooked me. I'm now less than 100 pages from the end and nothing scary has occurred. Boo.
Sometimes I get the feeling that King would blurb a box of cereal if he'd feel like it. LOL! This book left me bamboozled and disappointed. Not up to his usual standard.
