I'm drawn to the idea of this book, but in reality it's getting a bit tedious.. I'm only 60% done and already it's been a such a slow progression the coming together of two damaged people, that I'm losing interest. Gain a little ground, lose a little ground.. Gain, lose. Gain lose. Same thing over and over told in a different way..

And the mystery on each of their backgrounds, while interesting (and part of the draw for me) is being uncovered way to slowly. Like their being deliberately mysterious even in their own thoughts. It's not even like its keeping me I the edge of my seat... It's kind of annoying me. And goddamn his bro and dad are dicks.. Especially the bro.
