I saw friends who were horse lovers read this growing up. Never caught my eye then. I recently watched a series on Netflix and the story line there was all about ranch life and you guessed it....horses. It piqued my interest in this book. The boy and his connection to this stallion was a treasure and their challenges and adventures together were a gem for me. Glad I have this a chance!
