It has been really neat to read the English, then listen/read the Spanish. It is improving my vocabulary and word recall, illuminating the text from a cultural angle, and highlighting differences in the languages and cultures. Sometimes English has more synonyms, sometimes Spanish. I hope to take out a concordance at some point so I can compare the word choices with the original. Languages are so fascinating!
