For others who may be having to do a lot of self work with limited access to actual therapy due to finances - this book is tremendously helpful, but I highly advise pacing yourself. I’m naturally a fast and immersed reader but this is not a topic to go too quickly alone, even when you’re feeling relieved by what you’re learning. Breathe and be kind to yourself.
