Mid-way through chapter 16. And still, one side of the case is getting all the explanation in this book. If nobody stands up for Congress as vehemently as all the opponents we've heard then I'm stopping reading. The book has until the end of chapter 20 to convince me to continue.

So far, there has been a lot from one side of the dispute over the constitutional amendment at the center of this book. Still hanging on, because it could just be background for the case. But… seven chapters in, I haven't heard anybody who I agree with politically. If this is just a platform for the author's political beliefs, I will be disappointed (and probably leave the book unfinished), but continuing for now.
