The premises requires some of suspension of disbelieve. Like Morgan being the CEO of the company he's the major shareholder of, even though he's not doing any of the CEOs duties.
Also, you'd think a guy who has a major share of a multi-million company as well other assets inherited from his wealthy parents would have the means to pay for decent private security, instead of living at a MC club for protection.
